Gold’s Gym Kettlebell Sport Workshop Learn. Train. Compete. Represent Gold’s Gym. Have you ever wondered what kettlebell sport is? Whether you’re brand new to kettlebells or an experienced lifter looking for your next challenge, this free workshop is your opportunity to learn one of the fastest-growing strength endurance sports in the world. Beginning Saturday, July 18, we’ll be hosting FREE Kettlebell Sport Workshops every other Saturday, alternating between Gold’s Gym Marley Station and Gold’s Gym Glen Burnie. The series kicks off at Marley Station, with each workshop rotating between the two locations. Each workshop is designed to be educational, hands-on, and welcoming to all fitness levels. Participants will learn: * The fundamentals of kettlebell sport technique * Proper lifting mechanics for safety and efficiency * Competition events including Long Cycle, Jerk, Snatch, Pentathlon, and Military Snatch * How kettlebell sport develops strength, endurance, mental toughness, and work capacity * Training methods used by competitive athletes around the world * How to join the Gold’s Gym Kettlebell Sport Team and represent your gym in competition Whether your goal is to become stronger, improve conditioning, challenge yourself with a new discipline, or eventually compete at events like the All American Kettlebell Open, these workshops are the perfect place to start. No experience is necessary. Just bring your willingness to learn and be ready to challenge yourself alongside fellow Gold’s Gym members. Cost: FREE Who Can Attend: All Gold’s Gym members are welcome.
